We want you to be happy with your experience learning floral design and artful design with us.
Eligibility for a refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:

- And include:
- Your full name
- The course name
- The class start date or your purchase date
- Why you are requesting the refund
If you meet these conditions, we will process a full refund of your course fee.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, where possible
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
If a specific product has different refund terms, those terms will be clearly stated on that product’s sales or checkout page and will override the general policy here for that product.
Non-refundable items (if applicable)
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page:
- Any explicitly marked “non-refundable” products
- Completed 1:1 sessions or coaching calls that have already taken place
